InApps established a fully dedicated Offshore Development Centre for Prudential, 30+ engineers organised into product squads, each embedded directly into Prudential's existing delivery process and sprint cadence from day one. The work was technically demanding: deep system integration across Prudential's insurance platform, coordinating across internal teams, third-party vendors, and live regulatory constraints using Java/Spring Boot, React, Microservices, AWS, and enterprise-grade REST/SOAP API integrations.
