Cross-Platform Drawing Education App Built on Flutter - Picasso Artixo x InApps

Picasso had a clear vision for Artixo: one app, every skill level, every market. The engineering problem was anything but simple. Three constraints had to be solved simultaneously. First, video quality, tutorial content is the core product, and buffering kills the learning experience, especially across inconsistent global networks. Second, complexity without friction, the app needed to support structured multi-level learning paths without overwhelming beginners or boring advanced users. Third, content security, premium videos had to stay behind the right subscription tier, across multiple languages and markets, without creating checkout-killing friction in the user journey. None of these could be deprioritised. All three had to ship together.
