Full-stack B2C wellness marketplace connecting 200+ practitioners (yoga, nutrition, therapy, fitness) with clients, featuring booking engine, video sessions, practitioner analytics, and Stripe-powered payouts.
The Challenge
A US-based health startup came to InApps with a Figma prototype and a vision to become the "Airbnb of wellness." They needed a team that could build both a complex marketplace backend (dual-sided trust, dynamic pricing, real-time availability, video sessions) and a beautiful consumer-facing web and mobile experience, all within a $400K seed budget.
Our Solution
InApps assigned a 9-person team (3 full-stack engineers, 2 React frontend engineers, 1 React Native mobile engineer, 1 DevOps, 1 QA, 1 UI/UX). We built the marketplace platform with: multi-timezone booking engine with conflict detection, Stripe Connect for practitioner payouts, Daily.co for video sessions, a review and trust system, and practitioner analytics dashboard. The mobile app launched on iOS and Android simultaneously.
