Business Development Manager

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Hybrid / Remote OK Full-time · Senior (5+ years) $2,500–$4,000/mo + commission

About the Role

Own the full sales cycle for new ODC and staff augmentation clients across AU, UK, SG, and US markets. You will generate leads, run discovery calls, produce proposals, and close contracts, working closely with InApps's technical leadership to scope and price engagements.

This is an outbound-first role. You will build a pipeline using LinkedIn, partner channels, and events, and convert inbound inquiries into signed contracts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in IT services or software development
  • Track record of closing offshore/nearshore development contracts
  • Excellent English communication: you lead international client calls
  • Ability to understand technical scopes and collaborate with solution architects
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

Nice to Have

  • Network in AU, UK, or SG tech markets
  • Experience selling ODC, dedicated team, or managed services models
  • Technical background (former developer or product manager)
